GAES is manufacturing and supplying high quality Battery Intercell welding machine with reasonable price. We provide two types of Intercell welding machine for motorcycle batteries;

1. Single Welding Head Semi Automatic Intercell Welding Machine
2. 2 or 3 Welding Head Fully Automatic Intercell Welding Machine

Fully automatic Intercell welding machine completes Intercell weld connection through the container partition, after welding stations machine is equipped with short circuit station and segregation/ejection of not ok batteries from machine.

After assernbly of hole punched container and elements group, this machine receives battery from conveyor line/table onto the driven conveyor which brings input battery to the gate. After that battery is moved to first welding station and welding head are automatically lowered, clamped, de-clamped and raised sequentially. The battery is automatically moved to next welding station/position and next new battery will come to first welding station automatically. After completing all welding joints battery will move to short circuit testing station. If Short circuit testing is found ok, then battery will be moved to output conveyor/table. And if battery is found not ok/ defective, machine will alarm and ejected to rejection chute.

• PLC based operation with optimised cycle time for higher production.
• It is equipped with resistance weld controller, which can control the input of current accuracy by the current compensation when the voltage of power supply is not stable, so that occurrence of bad welding can reduce.
• Machine is equipped with the monitor, which will alarmed and blink if the welding condition is no good.
• It is easy to set the welding parameters in the welding controller.
• The moving height of the welding head & battery stopper is adjustable to suitable/accommodate for different types of motorcycle battery.
• Machine is available with pneumatic and hydraulic operated squeezing / welding head.
• System/Machine is equipped with digital pressure switch, to ensure defined air working pressure. It is ensure to proper welding joint. If air pressure is not as defined, machine will stop and alarrn automatically.
• It is equipped with the system auto-stop of no feeding and auto-start of re-feeding.
