Heat Sealing Machines

GAES is manufacturing and supplying high quality heat sealing machine for Battery lid and container.

We provide fully automatic machine which perfectly seal 2 batteries per cycle.

After Intercell welding, operator will set lid on container and will place battery at entry of machine conveyor. Entry stopper will allow entering 2 batteries and will be positioned through pneumatic stopper and clamping. After that lid will be lift up by both end gripping mechanism and proceed the controlled heat melting of lid and container, sealing and holding automatically. After completing of heat sealing battery will be moved to next station by conveyor.

• Easy & Quick changeover of tooling, will save the time and will increase the work efficiency.
• The automatic temperature controller unit is ensuring defined working temperature, to quality of battery sealing.
• System/Machine is equipped with digital pressure switch, to ensure defined air working pressure. It is ensure to proper welding joint. If air pressure is not as defined, machine will stop and alarm automatically.
• High quality special linear bearing to get higher life at high temperature.
• Special Aluminium alloy platen & mirror to get better life.
